Part Time Office Administrator Job Summary

The Kitchener Soccer Club is a not for profit organization that provides year round soccer programming for young athletes ages 3-18. 

The Office Coordinator role is part time – 24 hours a week, and requires front window, administrative and registration services.  Expected hours are Thursday – Saturday daytime hours.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Front desk accountability
  • Front line customer service
  • Registration
  • Phones and emails
  • Assist with special events
  • Support KSC staff as needed


  • Must have minimum 1 year experience working in an administrative role
  • Must have experience with customer service
  • Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel & the Internet
  • Must have scheduling flexibility
  • Soccer knowledge an asset, but not required
