KSC is hiring a part-time office coordinator!  Click read more for the details!

The Kitchener Soccer Club is looking for a part-time Office Coordinator to work in our front office. 

The hours required are as follows:
Tuesday 3pm-7pm
Thursday 9am-5pm
Saturday 9am-1pm

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Greeting customers at the front desk
Answering phone calls and returning voice mails
Replying to emails
Registering members
Assist the program manager and program coordinator with projects as required
Additional office tasks as required

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
High school diploma or higher
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Proficiency in navigating the Internet
Experience working in an office setting
Friendly, confident demeanor
